Biography

1. Received a bachelors degree with honors from the Faculty of Physics of UNN in 2016, the Department of Physics of Semiconductors and Optoelectronics, specialty Nanotechnology and Microsystems Engineering. 2. Received a masters degree with honors at the Faculty of Physics of UNN in 2018, the Department of Physics of Semiconductors and Optoelectronics, specialty Electronics and Microelectronics. 3. Entered the postgraduate study at the Faculty of Physics in 2018, Department of Physics of Semiconductors, Electronics and Nanoelectronics, specialty Physics of Semiconductors. Training up to the present time.
