Biography
In 1997 he graduated from I.I. Polzunov Altai State Technical University;
2000 — early defense of the PhD dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences, specialty 05.13.01 on "The prosody control in speech synthesis on the printed text";
2002 — awarded the rank of associate professor in the Department of Integrated Information Security of computer systems;
2009 — the winner of the Prize of the Government Russia in the sphere of education.
