Biography

Graduated from Kuibyshev Aviation Institute in 1986 (presently, Samara National Research University, short – Samara University), majoring in Radiotechnics. Currently he works as assistant professor at Design and Technology of Electronic Systems and Devices sub-department of Samara University His current research interests include ion-plasma technology of processing of materials, processes micro- and nanoelectronics.
