Biography

Graduated from Samara State Aerospace University in 2010 (presently, Samara National Research University, short – Samara University), majoring in Design and Technology of Radioelectronic Equipment. Currently he works as the researcher at the Image Processing Systems Institute îf RAS – Branch of the FSRC “Crystallography and Photonics” RAS, assistant at Technical Cybernetics sub-department of Samara University. Research interests: surface physics, micro- and nanotechnology.
