Biography

2001 – Present: Chief Researcher in Physics and Technology Institute of V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University in the following research area: ‘Semiconductor converters of naturally-renewable energy sources. The goal is: research of construction of amorphous hydrogenised matrix to produce inexpensive photo-electric equipment (solar batteries) of large size.

1998 – Present: Doctor / Assistant Professor of Tavricial National University (Department of Physics, Division of Radio-physics and Electronics).

Director of the two Research Labs: • Micro- and Nano-Electronics Lab (Department of Physics) • Naturally-renewable energy sources Lab (Department of Geo-Ecology)

Lead Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD’s research works in amorphous hydrogenised and macro-crystal silicon.

2001 – 2004: Work on the international project TEMPUS-TACIS: ‘Development in Ecologically-friendly Energy’ (TEMPUS-TACIS CD – JEP – 21242-2000/Urk)

1996 – 2000: Director of national research: ‘Development of guaranteed sources of energy supply’. Worked on sources of renewable energy.

1997: Earned the Doctor’s degree (Candidate of Technical Sciences) in ‘Energy supply of agricultural processes via renewable energy sources’. 1995 – 1998: Assistant Professor of Department of Physics (Radio-Physics & Electronics Division) in Simpheropol National University.

1992 – 1995: PhD student of Department of Physics (Radio-Physics & Electronics Division) in Simpheropol National University.

1990 – 1991: Relocated from Uzbekistan to Ukraine.

1990 – 1991: PhD student and researcher of crystal silicon structures (in particular: effects of penetrating radiation on dielectric-semiconductor layers)

1989 – 1990: Engineer-Researcher in design of semiconductor equipment.

1986 – 1989: Parallel study and work as a lab specialist in applied research of: silicon semiconductor structures of type ‘metal-dielectric-semiconductor’.

1986: Parallel study and work as a lab specialist in research of dielectric materials in Department of Physics (Division of Semiconductors and Dielectrics) in Tashkent State University (Uzbekistan).
