Abstract:
Voltage–current characteristics of hybrid organic materials with compositions C$_{48}$H$_{42}$N$_6$O$_2$Zn and C$_{54}$H$_{54}$N$_6$O$_2$Zn have been studied. Methods of formation, microscopy and IR spectroscopy data, and results of studying electrical properties of these thin-film organic materials based on zinc complexes are described. It is established that the proposed thin-film structures possess $N$-shaped voltage–current characteristics.
Keywords:
$N$-shaped voltage–current characteristics, zinc complexes, thin-film structures, optical bandgap width.
