Contribution of a thermal mechanism to reflection during degenerate four-wave interaction in semiconductors

V. I. Kovalev, M. A. Musaev, F. S. Faĭzullov
Abstract: An experimental investigation was made of the contribution of a thermal nonlinearity mechanism to the reflection efficiency of a degenerate four-wave interaction at the 10.6 μ wavelength in semiconductors. It was found that the thermal nonlinearity mechanism may make a substantial contribution to the reflected wave.
