Keywords: asymptotic methods, stability, static and dynamic problems of shell theory, mathematical simulation in ophthalmology.

Subject:

Asymptotic relations, describing the effect of the imperfections of the shell neutral surface on the stability of cylindrical, spherical shells and shells almost cylindrical or spherical are obtained. A number of papers written in co-authering with ophthalmologists are devoted to the mathematical simulation in ophthalmology.

Biography

Graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, St. Petersburg State University (Department of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics). Ph.D. degree was obtained in 1980. A list of publications contains more than 70 titles.
