Abstract:
The paper overviews publications related to NDIR and photoacoustic sensors and NDIR gas analyzers based on A$^{3}$B$^{5}$ mid-IR LEDs (3–5 $\mu$m) published between 2016 and 2018 years. Capabilities of the above sensors designed for methane, CO and CO$_2$ detection are also considered.
