Аннотация:
Проведено экспериментальное исследование энергетического баланса лазерной резки листов низкоуглеродистой и нержавеющей стали при минимальной шероховатости поверхности реза. С использованием безразмерных параметров (числа Пекле и поглощенной энергии лазера) обобщены экспериментальные данные в широком диапазоне параметров резки. Впервые установлено, что независимо от вида технологического газа (кислород или азот), типа лазера (волоконный с длиной волны 1,07 мкм или СО22-лазер с длиной волны 10,6 мкм) минимальная шероховатость обеспечивается при определенном значении энергии, приходящейся на единицу объема расплава (приблизительно 26 Дж/мм33).
