Biography

Nikolay V. Kuznetsov was born 13 May 1979 in St. Petersburg, Russia. In 1996 Nikolay Kuznetsov graduated from Physical & Mathematical Lyceum №239, in 2001 graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Department of Mathematics and Mechanics with Specialist degree (diploma with honors) in Applied mathematics and informatics. In 2004 he received Specialist degree in Management (diploma with honors) from Baltic State Technical University. In 2004 — received Candidate of Science degree from St. Petersburg State University, in 2008 —received Ph.D. degree from the University of Jyväskylä (Finland), in 2016 — Doctor of Science degree from St. Petersburg State University. From 2003 till now Nikolay Kuznetsov has been working in St. Petersburg State University. Now he is Professor, Deputy Head of the Department of Applied Cybernetics. From 2008 he is Coordinator of Finnish-Russian educational & research program in applied mathematics and information technologies, organized by Faculties of Information Technology (University of Jyväskylä) and Mathematics & Mechanics (St. Petersburg State University), from 2017 – Visiting professor at the University of Jyväskylä He is author and co-author of more than 200 publications: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=EjseyeQAAAAJ
