$(PVT)$ data and phase equilibrium of methyl caprylate biofuel components

Abstract: We measured $(PVT)$ data for methyl caprylate, a biofuel component, in one- and two-phase liquid and vapor phases. The measurements were carried out along $15$ isochores in the temperature range from $20$ to $164^{\circ}$С, pressure from $2$ to $127\,984$ Torr, and densities from $44.7$ to $832$ kg/m$^3$. The phase transition parameters are obtained by the kink in the isochore curves. The experimental values are described using equations of the Antoine and Wagner types.
