Abstract:
It is shown that application of asymptotic methods to the system of Landau–Lifshitz and magnetostatic equations for magnetic bubble films (uniaxial ferromagnetic films with large perpendicular anisotropy and negligibly small coercivity) leads in the special case of almost flat
domain walls to Slonczewski's equations with correct allowance for the demagnetizing fields.
