Abstract:
A detailed study is made of the shape of the lines in the energy loss
spectrum of fast charged particles scattered by disordered systems
when there is localization of excitations at individual molecules.
In the binary approximation with respect to the ranks of the correlations
near isolated resonances, relations that directly connect the values of the radial distribution function to the spectral loss intensity are established.
