Annihilation of excitons in quasi-one-dimensional crystals

Yu. B. Gaididei
References:
Abstract: The problem of the annihilation of localized excitations in a one-dimensional crystal is solved exactly. The obtained solution is compared with approximations, and conclusions about their conditions of applicability are drawn. For excitons possessing dispersion, the nonlinear equation of Kirkwood's approximation for the binary distribution function is solved.
