The motion in $\mathbb{R}^3$ of an observer under threat from an object

Abstract:
For an observer moving over a cone, a way of motion is proposed that allows the observer to monitor an object on the largest possible part of its trajectory under the threat from mini-objects launched by the object in the process of its motion.
