Abstract: The analysis of the photoelectron spectra of organofluorine compounds is described. The influence of substitution by fluorine on the electronic structure of the molecules is examined on the basis of experimental data and quantum-chemical calculations. A table of the ionisation energies of organofluorine compounds is presented.
