Abstract: The temperature-programmed reaction method and the principles of the calculation of the kinetic parameters of the surface stages of a catalytic process have been described. The influence of surface non-uniformity and the limiting stage on the parameters obtained has been examined. The possibility of detecting intermediate products of surface reactions has been analysed.
