Abstract: The design and characteristics of a semiconductor laser with the modified external Littrow resonator are described. The additional output mirror of the V-shaped resonator made the system more efficient and convenient. The laser radiation frequency is stabilised with the help of magnetooptical Faraday and circular dichroism effects in rubidium vapour.
