Investigation of parameters of holographic periodic multipleimaaina structures imaging structures

The results are reported of an investigation of parameters of holographic periodic structures with modulated surface relief, methods for controlling this relief, and use of these structures in image replication. A method is proposed for constructing periodic structures with complex diffraction profiles for the fabrication of multichannel replicators.
