Abstract: In the second part of the talk, we will continue to consider control problems on infinite horizon with an weakly overtaking optimality criterion as well as a boundary condition for the maximum principle of L. S. Pontryagin as some transversality condition at infinity. At the same time, the main focus will be on the application of this boundary condition in various examples and identification, thereby, a possibility (or a fundamental impossibility) one or another of its simplifications. In particular, we will discuss assumptions for a problem with a free right end, under which such a condition is equivalent to the representation of the adjoint trajectory proposed by A. V. Kryazhimsky and S. M. Aseev in the form of a Cauchy type formula. At the end of the seminar, it is planned to study a number of classical economic statements based on this boundary condition.
