Abstract:
The results of study of the influence of the features of sol-gel synthesis, composition and thermal treatment on the microstructure, surface topography and ferroelectric properties of Ba$_x$Sr$_{1-x}$TiO$_3$ ($x = 0,8; 0,9; 1$) thin sol-gel films are presented.
