Abstract:
Features of doping influence by nitrogen on optical properties of coatings TiO$_2$, ZrO$_2$, SiO$_2$ are defined. Differences of spectral
dependences of transmittances and reflection, a degree of polarization of the coatings received under various conditions are established.
