Abstract:
Regularities of substrate temperature influence and density of a volatile dispersion products flow, following heat treatment of
the formed layers on molecular structure and properties of polymer-based coatings deposited from an active gas phase are considered.
Features of nucleation and growth of polymer particles on the activated surface are determined.
