Biography
He graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1970, with a degree in Calculating and Solving Devices. He defended his PhD thesis in 1976 and his doctoral thesis - in 1999. From 1999 to 2015, he was the Head of Computer Systems and Networks department at Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
