Biography
I finished in 1974 A. N. Kolmogorov physical and mathematical school (middle) ¹ 18 at the Moscow State University, in 1974 - 1980, I studied at the Moscow Physical-Technical Institute at the faculty of physical and quantum electronics and finished it; in 1980 - 1983, she had postgraduate studies at MIPT and defended in 1983 PhD thesis on the physics of semiconductors and dielectrics. It is called "Autowave effects in semiconductor and dielectric systems with diffusion and acoustical spatial connections". (135 p.) In 1998, I defended her doctor of sciences dissertation "Effects of interband tunneling in semiconductor heterostructures" in the doctoral dissertation Council of the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
