The neterian criteria and index of the formula for boundary value problems for general elliptic (on Petrovski, Duglis–Nirenberg) systems on a plane are obtained. The boundary value problems both in smooth and in piecewise smooth areas are considered, besides the coefficients in boundary conditions can have ruptures as saltuses. A series of papers (together with Zhikov V. V.) is devoted to an average and G-convergence of non-divergence elliptic operators.
Biography
Graduated from Faculty of Mathematics of Dagestan State University in 1973. Ph.D. thesis was defended in 1983 in Moscow State University. D.Sci. thesis was defended in 2002. A list of my works contains more than 90 titles. Member of the Moscow Mathematical Society.
