Biography
1981 - graduated from the Physics Department of Gorky State University named after N.I. Lobachevsky.
1999 - defended Ph.D. thesis "Methods for treatment of vibration-rotational states of diatomic molecules taking into account the asymptotic properties of the internuclear interaction potential", specialty "radiophysics", scientific supervisor - A. V. Burenin.
