Biography
In 2010 he graduated from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics with a degree in Household Electronic Equipment. Candidate of Technical Sciences (Ph.D.), Associate Professor of Television and Management department of TUSUR, Head of the Laboratory of Television Automation of TUSUR.
