Graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1974, majoring in Applied Mathematics and Physics. Received PhD degree in 1982, and Dr. Sci. degree in 1992 with specialty “Experimental Physics”. Currently he works as the chief scientist, head of laboratory of “Biomedical Informatics” at the Kotel'nikov Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of Russian Academy of Sciences.
