Biography

Graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in 1982 with a degree in 0511 Automation and Telemechanics, works as the head of the laboratory of Intelligent Control and Forecasting Systems at the Institute of Information and Computing Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Research interests: artificial intelligence, forecasting, artificial immune systems, pattern recognition, management of complex objects, distance learning for people with visual impairments, cognitive mnemonic schemes for industrial automation systems, cognitive opto-technologies of psychophysical color perception, opto-informatics. Galina Akhmetovna Samigulina (b.1965), Doctor of Engineering, prof., graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute in 1982 with a degree in Automation and Telemechanics, works as the head of the laboratory of Intelligent Control and Forecasting Systems at the Institute of Information and Computing Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Research interests: artificial intelligence, forecasting, artificial immune systems, pattern recognition, control of complex objects, distance learning for people with visual impairments, cognitive mnemonic schemes for industrial automation systems, cognitive opto-technologies of psychophysical color perception.
