Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, professor, graduated from Simferopol State University in 1982 with a degree in Physics, currently a professor at the Theoretical Physics chair at the Physical-Technical Institute of the Crimean Federal University. Research interests: singular fiber optics.
