Received Bachelor's Degree (2002) at University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India. Then, he studied at M.D.S. University Ajmer, India for Master of Science Degree. Defended his PhD thesis “Environmental Impact Assessment and Management of Natural Resources” at Federal University-RN (UFRN), Natal –RN, Brazil in 2011. His research interests include remote sensing and GIS, vulnerability and risk assessment, digital image processing, thermal and microwave remote sensing, etc. His list of publications include 47 peer reviewed articles. He also made 31 conference presentations and had 21 invited talks at different symposiums.
