Class close to the class of $n$-abelian groups

Abstract: Properties of classes of groups defined by the identity $(xyx)^n=x^ny^nx^n$ are investigated. For even $n$ an analog of Baer's factorization theorem is proved for periodic $n$-abelian groups.
