Method and algorithms of microscopic discrete event-based road traffic simulation

Discrete event-bases approach in road traffic network modeling is considered. Object types of vehicles movement environment are described. Method is presented and algorithms of vehicle state calculation orientating to each environment object type are given. Example of usage of algo-rithms in transport management optimization is provided.
