Numerical modelling of a low combastion wave in $\mathrm{CO}_2$-laser's beam

S. T. Surzhikov

Institute for Problems in Mechanics, USSR Academy of Sciences
Abstract: Statement and numerical design procedure of problem subsonic propagation optical discharge in a $\mathrm{CO}_2$-laser's beam are presented in this paper. The numerical model includs: the Navier–Stokes equations, lasers and heat radiation transfer equations.
A comparision is made with the experiment for the atmosferic pressure air.
