M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: Exact partial nonstationary radiation conditions are derived for Maxwell's equations in analytical and discrete form for the spherical system of coordinates. Mathematical problem in infinite domain can be transfered to the problem in finite domain with radiation conditions on the fictitious boundary. The medium in outer domain can be inhomogeneous and anisotropical. Nonstationary radiation conditions can be effectively used for simulations of VHF devices.
