Computational methods and algorithms

Large-scale interconnected control problems. Part 2. Iterative decomposition techniques

I. S. Litvinchev, V. I. Tsurkov

Computing Centre, USSR Academy of Sciences
Abstract: Decomposition methods to solve large-scale optimal control problems are considered. The original problem is converted to a set of independent low-dimensional subproblems and a master problem to coordinate subproblems. The main attention is focused on nonlinear nonseparable problems.
