Abstract:
The simplest way for describing measurement systems in terms of multivalued mappings, alternative to probabilistic one is considered. This approach permits using rich conceptual experience of statistics in a wide range. Central part in this paper plays Bayesian principle for mutivalued measurement systems. Important advantages of describing measurements in terms of mutivalued mappings are technical simplicity and geometrical evidence of main concepts and results. This allows us to involve extensively geometrical intuition in problem's investigation and computational geometry in implementation of their solutions.
