Abstract: On the basis of the finite-volume method, a second-order difference scheme is constructed, which allows single-algorithm calculations of supersonic axisymmetric, transitional and plane inviscid flows. The use of a local Cartesian coordinate system ensures the satisfaction of conservation laws at a discrete level and eliminates the singularity at the axis of symmetry.
