Abstract: The kinetics of dynamic surface elasticity of the mixed solutions of bovine serum albumin and synthetic polyelectrolytes makes it possible to apply dilational surface rheology to the determination of the adsorption mechanism of protein/polyelectrolyte complexes and the structure of adsorption layers.
