New microwave-assisted synthesis of ZIF-8

Abstract: A new fast (15min) microwave-assisted solvothermal synthesis of ZIF-8 with a high specific surface area (1419 m2 g–1) is proposed, and the molar ratio between zinc salt and linker is optimized.
