Abstract:
The structural models of an ordered state containing simultaneously long-range order and correlational shortrange order have been proposed and examined for M5X5(mon) (space group C2/m), M6X5(mon) (space group C2/m) and M4X3(tet) (space group I4/mmm) superstructures.
