Data Loss Recovery at Symbolic Sequences Due to Matrix Formulation of Frequency Dictionary

Abstract:
Data loss recovery is provided due to the principle of maximal likelihood. The matrix representations of the frequency dictionary allow one to calculate the number of possible fillings and their probabilities. The method is applied to various areas of knowledge, for example to communication theory and molecular biology.
