Influence of temperature on the strength of linear-reinforced boronplastics under complex loading
Sergey F. Pyataev Institute of Computational Modelling, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Krasnoyarsk, Russia
Abstract:
We developed a model of a composite material on the base of which the effect of temperature on the strength of the linear-reinforced system of epoxy matrix – boron fibers is studied. The condition of averaging of microstresses on the microscopic volume is assumed to be valid (representative element). In the particular case under an appropriate choice of the microscopic volume, the conditions of continuity of displacements at the interfaces between them are fulfilled.
