Abstract:
The effect of photoexcitation on the electrical conductivity of the interface between two polydiphenylenephthalide (PDP) polymer films is discovered. It is shown that ultraviolet radiation makes the main contribution to the generation of photoconductivity. Long-term relaxation of photoconductivity is observed after extinction of illumination. Based on electrophysical measurements and comparing the results of optical studies, it is concluded that ultraviolet radiation has an effect on the dipole moment magnitude.
