Queuing Systems

Unreliable multi-channel queuetng systems

M. M. Rozov

Minsk
Abstract: The article is concerned with unreliable multi-channel Markov queueing systems. For the FIFO service stationary distributions are obtained for the queue length and the density of waiting and stay time distributions. For the cases of several incoming flows of customers served by absolute priorities the mean times of stay in the queue and in the system are found. For relative priorities the Laplacean transformation is provided of the time distribution density of customers from an arbitrary flow in the queue and in the system.
