A dynamic model of economy with controllable fund formation

Abstract: An economy model is suggested where the construction of new industrial capabilities is controlled. The model is shown to be kindred with conventional models used in economy planning. Some qualitative specifics of path of balanced economy development are studied. An estimate of the rate of growth is obtained.
