Consent to the processing of personal data of an author of an article to be published in a journal
issued by the Steklov Mathematical Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences

Herewith the author, a person who created the article published in a journal of which the publisher is the Steklov Mathematical Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as Author and Publisher, respectively) gives their consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Federal Law no. 152-ФЗ of the Russian Federation of 27.06.2006 "On Personal Data".

The list of personal data for the processing of which the present consent is given:

• full name;
• affiliations;
• telephone number;
• email address.

Author can change (actualize) the personal data by providing a written notification to Publisher sent to their postal address or to the email address of the editorial office of the journal. Should Author missed providing the said written notification of the change of personal data, Author undertakes not to set up any claims or challenges to Publisher in connection with processing of outdated personal data.

The purpose of processing personal data is transferring an exclusive license for the usage of the article published in a journal of Publisher in any way agreed in the respective License Agreement with Author.

The list of actions with personal data for which the current consent is given:
collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Methods of processing personal data used by Publisher:

• automated processing of personal data (by means of computer equipment);
• manual processing of personal data (without the use of computer equipment).

The present Consent is given by Author for the entire period of copyright established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Author can revoke the present Consent by sending a written notification to the email address of the editorial office of the journal. Author is aware that revoking the present Consent makes impossible the achievement of the objectives of processing personal data.
