Knots and clusters

In 2000 Fomin and Zelevinsky introduced a new formalism in representation theory – the cluster algebras. Its beauty lies in its relations to many different subjects, in particular to Poisson geometry and discrete integrable systems. I will discuss cluster variables and Poisson brackets related to knots.
